Val Lampkin
Val Lampkin has worked to perfect her skills as a body artist. A mother to 6 children, ranging in age from 5 to 16 and with a back ground in retail and craft work she was ideally placed to make her mark in this field.
Interests ranging from glass painting, dream catchers, establishing a children's nursery, fine embroidery and jewellery manufacturing, craft demonstrations, and retailing gave her a lot of skills that have proved useful.
Val Lampkin's skills as a painter have been enjoyed far afield. From one end of Britain to the other, (almost), Longleat and Inverness. Her skills have taken her as a demonstrator to Orlando, and Glastonbury as a painter and music celebrante! Listing painting while Coldplay, Wolfstone, and Rolf Harris have played live (not at the same time) as a couple of her career high points. She has graced and enjoyed many children's birthday parties, and enjoyed every piece of cake! Painted at many store opening, and returned to paint for Christmas or Easter to be remembered, and find children "hoping it was you again!".
She has gone on to training painters, balloon modelling, nail art, and body painting. Multi skilled and very versatile, complete with built in sense of humour, finely honed by her children.
